Founder Christopher founded Gsell Steelworks with a focus on careful, hands-on fabrication for local projects. He remains closely involved in day-to-day shop operations and project planning.
Daniel Marsh
Shop Supervisor Daniel oversees daily fabrication work and helps coordinate the shop’s schedule across active projects. He keeps a close eye on quality throughout each stage of production.
Melissa Turner
Fabrication Specialist Melissa focuses on cutting, shaping, and assembling steel components with careful attention to precision. Her work helps ensure each piece meets the intended specifications before finishing.
Robert Hale
Welding Technician Robert handles the welding and joinery work that brings individual steel pieces together into finished assemblies. He applies consistent techniques to maintain strong, clean joints across projects.
